Mode of Payment

• Outright Payment.
• 50% Deposit and the Balance to be spread out over a period of 12 months (Installment).
• Discount available for multiple purchases.

How to Apply

Application forms are available in the estate office.

The process is only initiated after the applicant has paid the fee of N20,000 naira and filled the form.

Applicants are to pay to obtain the form.

The applicant is expected to pay a deposit of 50 % ( this is subject to the choice of house the applicant is applying for as the prices differ for every unit).

The next payment is expected within 10-12 month of subscription starting from the day the letter was signed.
